What we store

Nothing. Connection profiles, passwords and query history stay in your browser, and the local agent reaches your databases from your own machine. A Pro licence is a key you paste into the app: buying one creates no account.

Questions

What happens when the subscription ends?

Planche keeps working. The Pro features stop; everything else — every engine, the editor, the grid, the schema browser, the ERD — is free and stays that way. Your connection profiles and query history are on your own machine and are never touched.

Do I need an account to buy Pro?

No. A licence is a key you paste into the app, checked on your computer. An account only exists if you turn on connection sync, and signing in is free either way.

Does it work without an internet connection?

Yes. The licence is verified locally with no network call at all, which matters because a lot of database work happens on isolated networks. Connection sync is the one part that needs the internet.

Can I use one licence on several computers?

Yes. A licence covers one person on every computer they use — desktop and laptop, work and home. Buying for a team? Write to planche.dev@gmail.com.

Who charges me, and what appears on my statement?

A payment provider acting as merchant of record handles the payment, which also means it collects and remits VAT and sales tax where due. The charge appears under the provider’s name — shown at checkout and on your receipt — not as a transfer to us.

Can I get a refund?

Within 14 days, for any reason. Write to planche.dev@gmail.com and we will refund it in full.
