Refund Policy

Last updated 2 September 2026. Planche is made and operated by deploy, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea and owned by Juwon Jeong (“we”, “us”), at 1114 Gyeongui-ro, 4th floor, Room 405, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea. Contact: planche.dev@gmail.com. This policy applies to Planche Pro, the only thing Planche sells.

14 days, any reason

If you are not happy with Pro, we refund the charge in full within 14 days of the payment — the first purchase or any renewal — for any reason and without questions. Because the free version has no time limit and every Pro feature is described on the pricing page, we would rather you try the real thing than guess.

How to ask

Write to planche.dev@gmail.com from the email address you bought with, or quote the order number from your receipt. That is all we need. We answer within two business days and issue the refund through the payment provider that charged you, to the payment method you used. It is sent the same day; your bank or card issuer usually shows it within 5–10 business days.

A refund cancels the subscription. The licence key stops being renewed; because keys are verified offline, the key you have keeps working until it expires on its own, and we ask you to stop using the Pro features once refunded.

After 14 days

You can cancel at any time from the customer portal linked in your receipt, or by writing to us. Cancelling stops future charges and Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund the unused part of a period after the 14 days, except where the law of your country requires it.

A charge made by mistake — a duplicate purchase, a renewal after you had asked us to cancel — is refunded in full whenever it happened. Just tell us.

Your statutory rights

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content; we do not ask you to waive it, and this policy is at least as generous. Nothing here limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, including, in the Republic of Korea, the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

Chargebacks

If something looks wrong on your statement, please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank: we refund faster than a chargeback resolves, and a dispute on a charge we would have refunded anyway only adds fees on both sides.

Free to use

Planche has a free tier that needs no account and uploads none of your data — connection profiles live only in your browser. A few advanced features need Pro; see pricing.
